Method # 1: Add an Installer Folder in The Windows Directory
Step 1: Click on the “My computer” to open it.

Step 1: Right click on the setup file which you want to install and then select “Properties” from the menu.

Step 3: In Advanced Attributes, under the “Compress or Encrypt Attributes” section, you will see the option “Encrypt contents to secure data”. Make sure that this option is unchecked.
Step 4: After that, click on “Ok” to proceed followed by again pressing “Ok” to close the properties window.
Method # 3: Add SYSTEM User in the Installer
Step 1: Right click on the setup file, you want to install and then select “properties” option from the menu.
Step 2: Then click on the “Security” tab and press “Edit”.
Step 3: You will see “Group or user names”, under it. Click on the “Add” button and type in the capital letters “SYSTEM” and press “Ok”.
Step 4: Also set the permissions to “Allow for the System users”.
Step 5: At last, press “Ok” button.
Step 6: Now, install the program.
