Fix # 01: System Maintenance

  1. Type control panel in the start menu.
  2. Select the Category view on this window. You will see ‘System and Security’. Click on it and then proceed by clicking the top most option named Security and Maintenance.
  3. After that click on Maintenance and Start the maintenance.
  4. Wait a while for this process to complete. And check if the problem remains or not.

Fix #  02: Updating Windows

Simply type ‘windows update’ in the start menu. The result will come out as ‘Search for Updates’. Press Enter.

The first thing you will see on this window will be ‘Check for updates’.

Click on this. This process may take time depending on the size of your updates.

Fix # 03: Switch Off Windows Store

Press Windowkey+ R spontaneously to open run.

Type Regedit and press ok. Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then expand it.

Go to Software, Policies then again expand policies. Microsoft will appear, expand it to open WindowsStore.

You may not see WindowsStore key here. For it to appear you have to rename right-click the Microsoft key and click New\Key named ‘WindowsStore’.

On the right side of your screen, Right-click, you will see several options. Choose DWORD (32-bit) value and name it ‘RemoveWindowsStore’. Double click it to set its value date to 1. Close the Registry Editor window and restart your PC.
