Step 1: Deleting the gsScrollPos cookie via siteData
You need to delete the site cookies which are responsible for this issue.
Simple open the Google Chrome and then type the “chrome://settings/siteData” in the address bar.

Locate the search bar in the chrome interface and type “youtube” and press enter. This will display two different types of cookies. Here, you need to click on the “Remove all shown” button to delete all the youtube cookies.
Step 2: Remove The gsScrollPos cookie Using Developer Tools
Click on Google chrome application to open it. Go to youtube and then press ctrl+shift+i to open developer tools.
In Developer tool, click on more icon “>>” and then choose “Application”.
Now, locate the “cookies” option and expand it, then select the “link associated with Youtube”.
Search or find every cookies that start with “gs” and then select them to “delete”.
Make sure that all the cookies have been deleted that start with “gs” and then reload the page. Finally, the youtube will start working again.
