Step 1: Simply press Windows+R buttons and then type netplwiz and press enter to open User accounts.

Step 2: When the User account window pop-ups, then click on “Advanced tab” and check the option “Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete” located under secure sign-in category.

Step 3: Click on “Apply” and then press “OK” to finish.

Step 4: If you want to disable it, then simply uncheck the option “Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete”.
