1. Disable antivirus program and checking for latest windows updates:

First of all, you need to disable your antivirus program. To do that, search for control panel in windows start menu search bar and open it. Follow this channel to reach the destination control panel->System and security->Windows Firewall-> In windows Firewall window, locate Turn Windows firewall On or Off. Turn it off and restart your computer.

2. Turn On the option of “applications are allowed to use camera”:

After that go to drivers tab and locate the option “Roll back driver” and click on it. Choose yes to continue with Roll Back Driver and wait for the process to complete.
